摘  要:目的:比较玄参中药饮片全国不同炮制规格及标准,为规范化炮制饮片提供依据。方法:对《中国药典》2015年版及全国十七个省市的炮制规范归类汇总,按照检测项目逐项比较。结果:玄参饮片规格有切片、盐制、油蜜制及超微配方颗粒;切片规格有薄片、斜切薄片和厚片;各省市炮制规范质量控制指标差异较大。结论:本文对全国玄参饮片规格及标准进行了整理、比较和分析,为玄参饮片的炮制工艺和质量标准规范化提供参考。Objective Comparing the processing specifications and standards of scrophulariae radix pieces in different provinces,to provide the basis for standardizing the processing of the pieces.Methods Categorize and summarize the norms in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition and 17 provinces processing standards of scrophulariae radix,then compared the test item one by one.Results There are sliced,salt,oil honey and ultra-micro formula granules of scrophulariae radix pieces.The slice specifications includ thin slice,bevel slice and thick slice.There are big difference of the quality control indexes of different provinces.Conclusion The classification,comparison and analysis of scrophulariae radix pieces in different provinces will provide reference for the processing technology and quality standardization of scrophulariae radix pieces.
