PDCA护理辅助PICC置管治疗肿瘤患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：为了探讨肿瘤患者实施经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)治疗的过程实施PDCA循环管理的价值,本研究选取博习诊疗中心实施PICC置管治疗的120例患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组60例,研究组给予PDCA循环管理护理,对照组仅采取常规护理措施;对比两组干预前后的自我管理能力、PICC置管期间并发症的发生率和护理满意度的差别。研究显示,干预前,两组患者的自我管理能力无差别;干预后,研究组带管日常生活、带管运动、日常导管观察等自我管理能力得分均高于对照组(p<0.05);研究组PICC导管留置期间并发症发生率8.33%,显著低于对照组的21.67%(p<0.05)。本研究表明,肿瘤患者实施PICC留置导管治疗的过程实施PDCA循环管理有利于提高患者的自我管理能力,降低PICC留置导管并发症的发生率。In order to explore the value of the implementation of PDCA circulation management in the process of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) for tumor patients, 120 patients with PICC catheterization were selected from Soochow diagnosis and treatment center. Patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table, 60 patients in each group. The study group was treated with PDCA circulation management of nursing, and the control group only received routine nursing measures;The differences of self-management ability before and after intervention, the incidence of complications during PICC catheterization, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The study showed that there was no difference in self-management ability between the two groups before intervention. After the intervention, the self-management ability scores of daily life with catheter, movement with catheter, and daily catheter observation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);The incidence of complications during the indwelling of PICC catheter in the study group was 8.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.67%)(p<0.05). This study demonstrated that the implementation of PDCA cycle management in the process of PICC indwelling catheter therapy for tumor patients would be beneficial to improve patient self-management ability and reduce the rate of incidence of PICC indwelling catheter complications.
