综合护理干预对老年晚期肺癌患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对老年晚期肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2017年2月中国人民解放军第一七四医院呼吸内科收治的82例老年肺癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组41例,所有患者均接受化疗治疗,对照组予肺癌常规护理,观察组应用综合护理干预,干预时间为1个月。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分并进行比较;采用卡氏生存质量评分(KPS)评价患者的生存质量。结果干预后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为(50.6±3.2)分、(52.6±2.9)分,明显低于对照组的(54.2±4.1)分、(56.8±4.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的KPS评分为(76.6±13.0)分,明显高于对照组的(68.3±11.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以有效改善老年晚期肺癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of the elderly patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods From January 2015 to February 2017, 82 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine, the 174 thHospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army were selected as the research objects. According to randomly number table, they were divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. All patients were treated with chemotherapy, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, for the intervention time was 1 month. Anxiety Self-rating scale(SAS) and Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS) scores were used before and after the intervention were compared.The quality of life of patients was evaluated by KPS quality of Life score. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS score in the observation group were(50.6±3.2),(52.6±2.9), which were significantly lower than(54.2±4.1),(56.8±4.6) in the control group(P<0.05). The KPS score in observation group was(76.6±13.0), which was significantly higher than(68.3±11.2) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion of elderly patients with lung cancer, such as anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life.
