缩宫素、米索与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗胎盘早剥产后大出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨缩宫素、米索与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗胎盘早剥产后大出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年6月收治的120例胎盘早剥产后大出血产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,观察组采用缩宫素、米索与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果、止血时间、产后出血量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的83.3%(P <0.05)。观察组的止血时间明显短于对照组,产后1 h、 12 h、 24 h出血量均明显少于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论采用缩宫素、米索与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗胎盘早剥产后大出血,疗效显著,可快速控制出血,保证产妇的安全,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of oxytocin,misoprostol and carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to placental abruption.Methods 120 cases of puerperas with postpartum hemorrhage due to placental abruption admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carboprost tromethamine,while the observation group was treated with oxytocin,misoprostol and carboprost tromethamine.The clinical treatment effect,hemostasis time and postpartum blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the postpartum 1 h,12 h and 24 h blood loss were significantly less than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Oxytocin,misoprostol and carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to placental abruption has significantl curative effect,can control the bleeding quickly and ensure puerperas’ safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
