摘　　要：目的:总结田丽颖教授将针药结合用于子宫腺肌病所致痛经治疗中的临床经验及学术思想,以期更好地传承田丽颖教授的中医思想。方法:回顾性分析总结田丽颖教授30多年来临床治疗子宫腺肌病痛经以及通过对本病相关文献资料的研究,并选取典型病例,撰写成文。结果和结论:田丽颖教授擅用针药结合治疗本病,充分体现了中医药在治疗子宫腺肌病痛经中的优势,值得在临床上广泛使用。Objective:To summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of professor TIAN Liying in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis by combining acupuncture and drugs,in order to better inherit professor TIAN Liying's TCM thoughts.Methods:Retrospective analysis and summary of professor TIAN Liying's clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis for more than 30 years,as well as the study of relevant literature and data of this disease,and select typical cases to write articles.Results and Conclusion:Professor TIAN Liying had made good use of acupuncture and drug combination to treat this disease,which fully reflected the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis,and was worthy of being widely used in clinic.
