益气消瘤方干预食管癌患者化疗中免疫功能的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气消瘤方对食管癌患者化疗中免疫功能的影响。方法:将符合标准的72例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各36例,对照组给予常规化疗方案,观察组在化疗基础上口服益气消瘤方,观察2组治疗前后免疫功能指标变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8^+明显降低(P<0.05),且明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气消瘤方配合化疗治疗食管癌,可明显提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者的免疫功能,提高患者生存质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaoliu decoction on immune function of chemotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer;Methods:72 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional chemotherapy,the observation group received chemotherapy oral Yiqi Xiaoliu decoction,observe the changes of immune function indexes of the 2 groups before and after results after treatment treatment;Result the observation group CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly increased(P<0.05),CD8^+ decreased significantly (P<0.05),and significantly better than the cotrol group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Xiaoma recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer can obviously improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,improve the immune function of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.
