摘　　要：目的:观察中药辨证治疗骨科术后非感染性发热的疗效和安全性。方法:前瞻性观察,并回顾性分析2013年1月—2017年12月骨科手术后的非感染性发热病例共95例,均采用口服中药治疗3d。结果:有90例患者体温降至正常,治疗有效率为94.7%。有2例患者复查见谷丙转氨酶升高。结论:中药辨证治疗骨科术后非感染性发热疗效确切,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of non-infectious fever after orthopedic surgery.Methods:Prospective observation and retrospective analysis of 95 cases of non-infectious fever after orthopedic surgery from January 2013 to December 2017 were treated with oral Chinese medicine for 3 days.ResuXts:In 90 patients,the body temperature dropped to normal,and the effective rate was 94.7%.Two patients were reviewed for elevated alanine aminotransferase.Conclusion:Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of non-infectious fever after orthopedics is effective and safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
