摘　　要：目的:分析祛腐生肌散联合美皮康治疗3期压疮的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的60例3期压疮患者进行随机分组,对照组30例予美皮康治疗,观察组30例加用祛腐生肌散,2组疗程都是3周,观察比较两种不同方法治疗3期压疮的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,PUSH评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛腐生肌散联合美皮康可明显提高3期压疮治疗效果,且在创面愈合、愈合时间等方面均优于单用美皮康,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qufu Shengji powder combined with Meipikang m the treatment of stage 3 pressure ulcers.Methods:60 patients with stage 3 pressure ulcers were randomly selected for treatment. 30 patients in the control group were treated with Meipikang,and 30 patients in the combined group were treated with Qufu Shengji powder.The effects of two different methods on the treatment of stage 3 pressure ulcers were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the PUSH score was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Qufu Shengji powder combined with Meipikang can significantly improve the treatment effect of stage 3 pressure ulcers, and it is better than single-use Meipikang in terms of wound healing and healing time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
