以双侧胸腔积液为表现的肺结节病2例并文献复习

摘　　要：回顾性分析2例以双侧胸腔积液为表现的肺结节病患者的诊疗经过,并复习相关文献。本文报道的2例女性患者,病例1主因"间断喘憋11个月,加重伴左侧胸痛1个月"入院,病例2主因"发热、咳嗽、咳痰伴喘憋半个月"入院,2例患者均行胸腔镜检查并取组织活检,病理均显示肉芽肿性炎,且抗酸染色均阴性。结合其他检查,均诊断为肺结节病,给予激素治疗后症状均好转。Two cases of pulmonary sarcoidosis with bilateral pleural effusion were analyzed retrospectively. We presented two cases of famalr patients. The main reason of the first patients was intermittent asthma for 11 months, and aggravated with left chest pain for 1 month;the second patients were mainly admitted to hospital for fever, cough, expectoration and wheezing for half a month. Both two patients underwent thoracoscopy and biopsy, and pathology showed granulomatous inflammation and negative acid-fast staining. Combined with other examinations, the two cases were diagnosed as pulmonary sarcoidosis,and the symptoms were improved after giving hormone treatment.
