摘 要:目的探讨PBL式健康教育对子痫前期产妇疾病知识、自护能力及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月该院收治的子痫前期产妇128例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各64例。对照组妊娠期行常规性健康宣教,观察组妊娠期行PBL式健康教育。比较两组产妇干预前后疾病知识及自护能力,对两组患者随访至分娩,记录两组患者妊娠结局。结果观察组饮食知识、运动知识、药物治疗、并发症预防、新生儿护理、产褥期护理等方面知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组干预后自护能力总评分及各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率、产后出血、休克、胎盘早剥、胎儿死亡、胎儿窘迫等发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期PBL式健康教育有助于提高子痫前期产妇疾病知识及自护能力,降低产妇不良妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effect of PBL health education on maternal disease knowledge and self-care ability and pregnancy outcome in pre-eclampsia women. Methods A total of 128 cases of preeclampsia women admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,64 cases of each group.Routine health education was given to the control group during pregnancy,and PBL health education was given to the observation group during pregnancy.The disease knowledge and self-care ability of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results The knowledge scores of diet,exercise,drug therapy,complication prevention,neonatal care and puerperal care in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total score of self-care ability and each dimension score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,shock,placental abruption,fetal death and fetal distress in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions PBL type health education during pregnancy is helpful to improve maternal disease knowledge and self-care ability of pre-eclampsia and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
