区域经济一体化视域下“大武汉”城市群构建对策分析

摘　　要：城市是区域经济的核心,研究城市群的构建对策对区域经济发展具有重要意义。武汉位于中国腹地,与重庆、贵州、河南、湖南、江西、安徽六省接壤,具有放射性的交通网络系统。依托通达性较高的交通系统、优越的区位条件、初具规模的产业集群以及腹地小城市密度较高等优势,可以构建"大武汉"城市群,武汉需要在"扁担型"的城市空间构架基础上,在腹地内发展"1+5+9"的城市体系。"1"即"1担",以武汉为核心,在东西两侧构建依托孝感、天门、仙桃、潜江、咸宁、黄冈、鄂州、黄石等城市构建"4+4"的"扁担"城市带。"5"即"5团"即"孝感城市团"、"麻城城市团"、"黄冈城市团"、"仙桃城市团"、"咸宁城市团"。"9"即"9线",依托从武汉出发的9条交通干线发展出9条城市走廊。"大武汉"的构建,能够使武汉在衔接长三角城市群、中原城市群、长株潭城市群、成渝城市群以及其他更多周边城市群中发挥重要作用。City is the core of the regional economy and therefore study on the urban agglomeration construction countermeasures is of great significance for regional economic development. Wuhan is located in the hinterland,surrounded by Chongqing, Guizhou, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhu, Wuhan has the extensive traffic network system.Relying on the conditions of highly accessible traffic system, superior geographical conditions, industrial cluster taking shape initially and small cities of high density, "Big Wuhan" urban agglomeration can be built. Wuhan needs to construct "1+5+9" urban system on the basis of "shoulder pole typed" urban system framework. "1" is "1 pole" bear", i.e. Wuhan is taken as the core, and "4+4" pattern urban frame on both sides of Wuhan shall be built, with cities of Xiaogan, Tianmen, Xiantao, Qianjiang on one side, and cities of Xianning, Huanggang, Ezhou and Huangshi on the other side. "5" is "5 groups", including "Xiaogan city group", "Macheng city group", "Huanggang city group","Xiantao city group", "Xianning city group". "9" is "9 lines", i.e. relying on the 9 traffic lines, and thus 9 urban corridors can be developed. The construction of the "Big wuhan" is to make Wuhan play an more important role during the process of connecting with the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration, Zhongyuan urban agglomeration,Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration, Chengdu-chongqing urban agglomeration, and more other peripheral urban agglomeration.
