摘  要:研制了一种可以检测水体中镉、铅离子的纸芯片。以玻璃纤维纸为基体,以碲化镉量子点为荧光响应材料,并结合离子印迹技术,以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为单体,正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为交联剂,于接枝量子点的玻璃纸表面分别合成了镉和铅离子印迹聚合物。洗脱模板后,该离子印迹荧光传感纸芯片可以对水体样品中的镉和铅离子实现高度灵敏的检测。考察了纸芯片对镉离子和铅离子的检测效果,检测镉离子的线性范围为0. 05~80. 0μg/L,检出限为0. 01μg/L;检测铅离子的线性范围为0. 10~78. 0μg/L,检出限为0. 03μg/L。实际样品检测的回收率分别为98. 0%~104. 0%和99. 4%~103. 4%。结果表明,这种基于荧光传感的离子印迹纸芯片对镉和铅离子具有良好的分析性能,可用于实际样品的检测。A novel quantums dots(QDs)based microfluidic chip device was proposed for the specific and sensitive detection of Cd2+and Pb2+.The glass fiber paper was activated by grafting with CdTe QDs to gain the fluorescence signal.Based on the ion imprinting technology,the Cd2+and Pb2+imprinted polymers(Cd-IIP and Pb-IIP)were synthesized by using APTES as a functional monomer and TEOS as a cross-linking agent on the surface of the glass fiber in paper.The paper@ QDs @ CdIIP and paper@ QDs @ Pb-IIP were applied for the detection of Cd2+AND Pb2+in lake sample.The proposed method indicated that the cadmium ion imprinting fluorescent sensor demonstrated a good linearity from 0.05 to 80.0 μg/L for Cd2+with the limit of detection of 0.01μg/L and 0.10 to78.0 μg/L for Pb2+with the limit of detection of 0.03 μg/L.The recoveries of paper@ QDs @ CdIIP and paper @ QDs @ Pb-IIP were from 98.0% to 104.0% and from 99.4% to 103.4%,respectively.Furthermore,this method provides quantitative information of the detection of heavy metal ions in the environmental monitoring.
