摘  要:采用脉冲电沉积法在裸玻碳电极上制得了金修饰电极,并用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了米托蒽醌(MTX)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。当介质为0. 1 mol/L HCl时,伏安曲线出现了2个明显的氧化峰P1(峰电位为0. 64 V)和P2(峰电位为0. 72 V)。在最优实验条件下,M TX的峰电流(0. 72 V)在1. 0~50μmol/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0. 21μmol/L。方法可用于米托蒽醌药物含量的测定。Gold modified bare glassy carbon electrode was constructed by pulse deposition,and the electrochemical behavior of mitoxantrone(MTX)at this modified electrode was also investigated by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).In a 0.1 mol/L HCl solution,a couple of sensitive oxidation peaks of mitoxantrone P1(potential 0.64 V)and P2(potential 0.72 V)were obtained.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the P2 peak current was linearly correlated with MTX concentration from 1.0 to 50 μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.21 μmol/L was obtained.This method can be successfully used in the determination of MTX with satisfactory results.
