前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸干预糖尿病周围神经病变的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取我院2015年7月-2017年7月收治的82例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。两组患者均给予常规降血糖治疗,在此基础上观察组给予前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸,而对照组仅给予前列地尔治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察和对照组的临床治疗有效率分别为85.37%、65.85%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的正中、腓神经MNCV、SNCV值明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的TSS评分、TCSS评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗中,前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗具有很好的效果,不仅可以提高临床治疗的总有效率,还可以改善患者神经传导速度,以TSS评分、TCSS评分、VAS评分等,值得在糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗中推广。Objective To explore the effect of alprostadil combined with alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 82 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from July2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).Two groups of patients were given routine hypoglycemic treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given alprostadil combined with alpha-lipoic acid,while the control group was only given alprostadil treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of clinical treatment in the observation group and the control group were 85.37% and 65.85%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the MNCV and SNCV values of median and peroneal nerves in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the TSS score,TCSS score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,alprostadil combined with alpha lipoic acid has a good effect.It can not only improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,but also improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients.TSS score,TCSS score,VAS score and so on are worth in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It is popularized in clinical treatment.
