摘  要:目的采用实战动物实验模型,探讨便携超声在爆震伤战现场战救中的应用价值。方法选用90头长白山猪建立批量爆震伤动物模型,模拟实战救治,应用便携超声进行检伤分类和损伤控制治疗,比较体检伤情评估和超声伤情评估的价值。结果90头实验动物,致伤成功44头,伤情评估24头。体格检查伤情评估耗时(60±23)s,超声伤情评估耗时(230±78)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二者的准确率分别约54.2%(13/24)、95.8%(23/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用便携超声可以准确地对实验动物的伤情进行评价,显著提高战现场伤情评估的准确率。Objective To explore the application of portable ultrasound in blast injuries on combat casualty care. Methods A total of 90 Changbaishan pigs were selected to establish a batch blast injury animals,so as to simulate the actual combat casualty care.Apply portable ultrasound for triage and damage control treatment,and compare physical injury assessment with ultrasonic injury assessment.Results 90 animals were experimented.44 animals were injuried and 24 aninals's degree of injury were evluated.Physical examination injury assessment time was (60±23)seconds.Ultrasonic injury assessment time was (230±78)seconds.The difference was significant (P<0.05).The two of the accuracy rate were 54.2%(13/24),95.8%(23/24).The difference was significant (P <0.01).Conclusion the use of portable ultrasound can aceurately evaluate the injury of the experimental animals,and greatly improve the accuracy rate of the assessment of the degree of injure on combat casualty care.
