摘　　要：目的在驻利比里亚维和防暴分队开展远程医学救援演练,检验便携式一体化远程检诊箱在实战中的应用效果,发现存在的问题并提出改进建议。方法使用自行研制的便携式一体化远程检诊箱,利用移动互联网络在驻利比里亚维和警察防暴队和解放军第二五四医院之间建立远程医疗联系,假定分队遇袭开展远程医学救援演练。结果共设置两个遇袭场景,5名伤员,远程指导撕裂伤、扭伤、开放性骨折、爆震伤、烧伤等伤情的诊治,并连线国内专家进行会诊,全部明确了诊断并给予正确的治疗。结论远程医疗系统是境外维和分队卫勤保障的重要补充。Objective To conduct the telemedicine rescue drill in the peacekeeping riot unit stationed in Liberia to test the effect of the remote portable integrated examination box in actual combat,to find out the existing problems and to put forward some suggestions for improvement.Methods Using a self-developed remote portable integrated examination box together with a mobile Internet network to establish a telemedicine link between the peacekeeping riot unit in Liberia and PLA N0.254 Hospital.Assuming the unit was attacked,the telemedicine rescue drill was conducted.Results Two scenes of assault were set up,5 casualties as followed included,laceration,sprains,open fractures,explosive shock,burns and other injuries.domestic experts were connected for consultation and remote instruction.All the cases were diagnosed and given correct treatment.Conclusion The telemedicine system is an important complement to the medical support for overseas peacekeeping unit.
