摘 要:为全面了解某电网公司电能质量状况,设计并建设了一套信息化、标准化和智能化管理的电能质量在线监测系统。系统利用计算机、数据库和通信等领域的最新技术,采用直采方式接入电能质量监测装置,提高监测装置的接入效率;采用基于统一通信平台的接入方案,实现不同通信规约的监测装置的接入;在功能设计上采用模块化的设计思路,按照电能质量监测与分析的业务流程,满足不同人员的使用需求。In order to fully understand the power quality status in a power grid,an informationized,standardized,and intelligent power quality online monitoring system was designed and applied in the power grid. The latest computer,database,and communication technologies were used in this system. The power quality monitoring equipment is accessed to the system by direct acquisition method,in order to improve the monitoring accessing efficiency. Meanwhile,the unified communication platform is used to realize the access of monitoring equipment with different communication protocol. Besides,the function of the system is designed according to the business processes of power quality monitoring and analysis,which can meet the needs of different users.
