摘  要:将适量的石墨烯分散于聚硫醚密封剂中,制备出石墨烯改性聚硫醚密封剂材料。通过耐介质和耐热空气老化试验,考察了石墨烯对密封剂材料力学性能及耐老化性能的影响,并对其机理进行讨论。研究结果表明:当石墨烯添加量为2份时,可以显著提高聚硫醚密封剂常温硫化及耐介质、耐热空气老化试验后的力学性能。同时,耐湿热试验表明,石墨烯改性聚硫醚密封剂具有良好的耐湿热性能,与无石墨烯密封剂配方相比,石墨烯改性聚硫醚密封剂耐湿热试验后力学性能保持率更高。Graphene modified polythioether sealant material was prepared by dispersing appropriate amount of graphene in polythioether sealant. The effect of graphene on mechanical properties and aging resistance of sealant material was investigated through medium-resistance and heat air-resistance tests,and its mechanism was also discussed. The research results showed that when graphene content was 2 portions,the mechanical properties of polysulfide sealant could be significantly improved after room temperature vulcanization,medium-resistance and heat air-resistance tests. At the same time,the wet-heat resistance test showed that the graphene modified polysulfide sealant had good resistance. Compared with the formula without graphene sealant,the mechanical properties of the graphene modified polysulfide sealant had higher retention rate after wet-heat resistance test.
