摘　　要：为了研究染污复合绝缘子的电晕老化特性,选取复合绝缘子用高温硫化硅橡胶为研究对象,对高岭土染污硅橡胶试样进行不同湿度下的电晕老化,研究高岭土浓度、老化时间和湿度对硅橡胶电晕老化后闪络电压的影响。并结合老化试样的憎水性测试结果,分析了老化硅橡胶沿面闪络电压变化的原因。结果表明:由于受到污秽层被电晕放电产生的高能粒子击散程度的影响,环境湿度的增加会使染污硅橡胶老化后的憎水恢复性下降,闪络电压变化幅度较大;污秽浓度的增加会使老化硅橡胶的憎水恢复性下降,但污秽浓度和老化时间对闪络电压的作用主要受到污秽层是否含有可溶性盐的影响,盐分能够掩盖污秽浓度和老化时间对闪络电压变化趋势的影响。In order to study the corona ageing characteristics of contaminated insulator, kaolin contaminated high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber insulators were conducted corona ageing under different humidity, and the effects of kaolin concentration, ageing time, and humidity on the surface flashover voltage of the aged silicone rubber were analyzed. Then the change reasons of flashover voltage were analyzed combining the hydrophobicity test results of the aged samples. The results show that the increase of environmental humidity makes the recovery of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber after corona ageing reduce, and the change of flashover voltage is large, this is because the contamination layer is impacted by high-energy particles from corona discharge. The increase of contamination concentration makes the recovery of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber after corona ageing reduce. The effect of contamination concentration and ageing time on the flashover voltage is mainly affected by the soluble salts in the contamination layer, and the existence of soluble salts can hide the effect of contamination concentration and ageing time on the flashover voltage.
