中部六省政府分担高等教育成本比较研究

摘　　要：基于近五年来高校生均公共财政预算教育事业费、高校生均公共财政预算教育事业费总额占GDP总量比值等数据信息,以中部六省为研究对象,采用比较分析法,通过对政府分担高等教育成本进行研究发现,中部六省之间政府在高等教育成本分担的稳定性、分担水平上存在明显差异。中部六省整体与全国平均水平相比,政府分担高等教育成本的稳定性、分担水平差距较大;政府分担高等教育成本的年均增量不容乐观。Based on the data of the average public financial budget for college students in the past five years and the ratio of the total public financial budget to the total GDP of higher education students,this paper takes six central provinces as the research object and adopts the comparative analysis method. Through the research of the government share the higher education cost,it is found that there are obvious differences in the stability and level of the government sharing the higher education cost among the six central provinces. Compared with the national average,the central six provinces have a large gap in the stability and sharing of higher education costs. The annual increase in the cost of higher education by the government is not optimistic.
