摘 要:加强大学生的思想政治教育工作,及时掌握大学生思想动态是当前社会结构转型过程中必须给予高度重视的话题,而这也是回应"高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人"这个根本问题的应然选择。面对时代挑战,拘泥于传统的显性思想教育模式已经无法适应大学生主体意识不断加强,世界观、人生观、价值观走向多元发展的实然表征。因此,借鉴隐性思想教育模式,从教育观念、活动形式、媒介平台、教育环境、师资队伍以及自我教育等方面为高校大学生思政教育工作实效性的提升提供镜鉴。To strengthen college students’ ideological and political education and grasp their ideological dynamic in time is not only a topic which must be paid great attention to in the process of the current social structure transformation,but also a choice to respond to the fundamental problem of"what kind of people to train,how to train people and to cultivate people for people"in the process of social structure transformation. In the face of the challenges posed by the times,persistence in the traditional dominant ideological education model has obviously been unable to adapt to the real representation-continuous strengthening of College Students ’ subjective consciousness,and their multiple development based on the outlook on life,values,and the world. Therefore,using the recessive ideological education model,we can provide a mirror for improving the effectiveness of College Students’ Ideological and political education work from various aspects,like education concept,form of activities,media platform,educational environment,teachers and self-education.
