摘  要:通过解吸装置实现了含汞废酸的循环利用。介绍了组合塔和解吸装置的工艺流程,计算了含汞废酸的理论产量和解吸装置的理论流量,总结了运行过程中存在的问题以及处理措施和操作经验。该工艺回收氯化氢产生的经济效益约1 304万元/a,而且减少了含汞废酸的转移处置费用,减少了酸性污水的排放,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The recycling of mercury-containing waste acid was realized through .desorption.The process flow of combined tower and that of desorption device were introduced.The theoretical output of mercury-containing waste acid and the theoretical flow rate of desorption device were calculated.The problems existing in operation,solutions and operation experience were summarized.The economic ben- efit of hydrochloric acid recovered from this process was about 13.04 million yuan per year.The cost of transfer and disposal of mercury-containing waste acid was reduced,and the discharge of acidic wastewater was reduced.The recycling had remarkable economic and social benefits.
