止痒洗剂治疗肛周湿疹临床效果及对细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察止痒洗剂治疗肛周湿疹临床效果及对细胞因子的影响。方法将93例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组给予止痒洗剂外洗,对照组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外用治疗,2组均给予复方亚甲蓝注射液局部封闭治疗。治疗2周、4周后,观察并比较2组患者瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态评分及细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-10)表达情况。结果 2组患者瘙痒程度分值和皮损面积分值相比较,治疗后4周差值治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);皮损形态中红斑、丘疱疹、抓痕结痂积分及症状总积分,治疗2周、4周后对照组均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗4周后组间差值比较,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为89.36%,高于对照组(71.74%)。治疗组患者治疗后细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-10均低于对照组(P<0.05);肝肾功能各值比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论止痒洗剂治疗肛周湿疹疗效较好且安全性高,复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of medicinal herb lotion in the treatment of the acute phase of eczema and its impact on cytokines.Methods 93 patients with eczema were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=46).The observation group was given treatment of medicinal herb lotion;and the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream for external use only.And all patients were injected with methylthioniniun chloride injection.Two weeks and four weeks after treatment,the score of pruritus,skin lesion area and form,the expression of 3 cytokines(IL-2,IL-4,IL-10)of each group were observed.Results Four weeks after treatment,the score of pruritus and skin lesion area in observation groups were much higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The score of erythema,papulovesicle,scratch and the total score in observation groups were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 89.36%,and be higher than that of control group(71.74%).The score of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 in observation groups were obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Liver and kidney function in two groups had no significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The medicinal herb lotion has a good therapeutic efficacy and high safety for eczema.
