全膝关节置换术后快速康复的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复治疗在全膝关节置换术后的治疗效果及意义。方法回顾性分析收治的73例因膝骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换术的患者资料,所有患者均采用术后快速康复治疗,以术后平均引流量、视觉模拟评分法、膝关节活动范围为标准评估康复效果。结果术后8、12、24 h平均引流量逐渐减少;术后1个月73例患者中有69例视觉模拟评分法为0分,有66例膝关节活动范围>110°;无并发症的发生。结论快速康复治疗可早期恢复肌力,增加关节活动度,可促进关节功能早日恢复。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and significance of enhanced recovery after surgery in total knee arthroplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis of 73 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis from September2016 to January 2018 in department of orthopedics,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,all patients received enhanced recovery after surgery.The effect of rehabilitation on the basis of postoperative average drainage,visual analogue scale,and range of motion of knee were evaluated.Results Average drainage volume gradually decreased at 8 h,12 h,and 24 h after operation;at the first postoperative month,69 of the 73 patients had a visual analog scale score of 0 and 66 had range of motion of knee more than 110 degree;and no complications occurred.Conclusion This study shows that enhanced recovery after surgery can restore muscle strength early,increase joint mobility,and promote joint function as soon as possible.
