子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴治疗肝肾不足证老年性骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对患有老年性骨质疏松(SOP)的患者使用子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴治疗的效果。方法选取2015年7月至2017年10月收治的87例SOP患者作为研究对象,均符合骨质疏松症及中医肝肾不足证的临床诊断标准。按照随机数字表法分为对照组43例(口服钙尔奇D+常规穴位敷贴治疗),研究组44例(口服钙尔奇D+子午流注纳支法敷贴治疗),4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。于治疗前、治疗8周后,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)问卷表评价两组患者的功能障碍,采用骨质疏松症中医症状评定量表评价中医证候及疗效,采用健康调查量表(SF-36)评价两组患者的生活质量。结果治疗8周后,两组患者的ODI及中医证候总评分均低于治疗前(P <0. 05,P <0. 01),研究组的ODI及中医证候总评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05);研究组治疗总有效率为90. 91%,明显高于对照组的74. 42%(χ2=4. 145,P=0. 042);治疗后,两组患者的生理功能、躯体功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于治疗前(P均<0. 01),研究组以上8个维度的评分均高于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论对SOP患者使用子午流注纳支法进行穴位敷贴能够有效改善患者疼痛、功能障碍和中医证候,提高患者的生活质量,疗效理想。objectives To observe the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow hour-prescription of acupoints application in the treatment of senile osteoporosis( SOP) patients with syndrome of liver and spleen deficiency. Methods A total of 87 SOP patients who received treatment from July 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group( n = 43,calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets orally plus regular acupoints application) and study group( n = 44,calciumcarbonate and vitamin D3 tablets orally plus hour-prescription of acupoints application) randomly. All the patients received2 courses of treatment( 4 weeks a course). Before and after 8 weeks of treatment,Oswestry Disability Index( ODI) was used to evaluate the functional impairment,osteoporosis Chinese medicine symptom scale was used to evaluate the Chinese medicine syndrome and curative effect,and the Short Form Health Survey( SF)-36 was used to evaluate the quality of life between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the ODI and Chinese medicine symptom scale were lower in two groups( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),and they were lower in study group than those in control group( all P < 0. 05). The total efficacy rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group( 90. 91% vs 74. 42%,χ^2= 4. 145,P =0. 042). After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of eight sections in SF-36( vitality,physical functioning,bodily pain,general health perceptions,physical role functioning,emotional role functioning,social role functioning and mental health) were significantly higher in two groups( all P < 0. 01),and they were higher in study group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of SOP patients,hour-prescription of acupoints application can effectively improve pain,dysfunction and Chinese medicine syndromes,improve the quality of life of patients,and its curative effect is ideal.
