MEBT/MEBO联合红外线照射治疗阴茎及阴囊表皮不典型增生致皮肤破溃1例报告

摘　　要：对2018年3月赣州东河医院外科收治的1例阴茎及阴囊表皮中度不典型增生致皮肤破溃患者予以外科清创后,局部创面全程应用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)联合红外线照射治疗。治疗28 d后,创面基本愈合,患者出院;出院后1个月随访,创面愈合良好,愈后皮肤感觉正常、弹性较好、无明显增生性瘢痕形成,皮下组织丰满。One patient with skin ulceration caused by moderate atypical hyperplasia of penis and scrotum epidermis was admitted into the Surgery Department of Ganzhou Donghe Hospital in March 2018. After surgical debridement, the local wound was treated with MEBT/MEBO(Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment) in combination with infrared radiation throughout the whole treatment course. After 28 days of treatment, the wound was basically healed and the patient was discharged from the hospital. During the one-month follow-up, the wound was healed well and the healed skin has good sensation function, elasticity and well-developed subcutaneous tissues, without obvious scar hyperplasia.
