摘　　要：对美国养老改革探索中的一种新的机构养老模式"绿屋养老院"进行探讨,阐释其概念和沿革,并对近年来学者针对该养老模式所作的研究进行归纳综合,并且比较该类养老院和传统养老院的区别,总结"绿屋养老院"体系建设的启示,以期为我国养老事业提供参考。In this paper, the author discussesd a new institutional pension model, "Green House", and explained its concept and evolution, in addition, summarized the researches made by scholars on this model in recent years, compared the differences between this kind of nursing homes and traditional ones, and summarized the enlightenment of the construction of the "Green House" nursing home system, so as to provide some meaningful references for the elderly care industry in China.
