推拿治疗小儿腹泻临床应用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床应用情况。方法:在文献调研、专家咨询的基础上制定调查问卷,通过微信的方式对从事小儿推拿、儿科专业的相关人员发放问卷进行调查。结果:共有48人自愿参与调查并完成了问卷的填写。从调查的结果来看,推拿主要适用于6岁以内的小儿,且年龄越小推拿的效果越好,每次治疗所需的时间也越短。推拿可治疗各种类型的腹泻,但对于重度、感染性的腹泻需要配合其他疗法。结论:推拿在治疗小儿腹泻方面具有广泛的应用前景。Objective: To assess the clinical application of massage for infantile diarrhea and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods: We developed the questionnaire based on the literature research and expert consultation and surveyed the doctor or therapists who were engaged in massage and pediatric by WeChat. Results: 48 samples participated voluntarily and completed the questionnaire survey. The results showed that massage is mainly suitable for children under 6 years old. The younger the age, the better the effect of massage,and the shorter the time required for treatment. Although massage can treat all types of infantile diarrhea, it is necessary to combine with other treatments as to severe or infectious diarrhea. Conclusions: Massage can be applied in the clinical practice for infantile diarrhea with wide application prospect.
