摘　　要：依据药物结构,将PGC-1α为靶点的天然药物分为生物碱类、酚类、黄酮类、多糖类、萜类、糖苷类等,并总结促进PGC-1α转录活性的40种天然药物的研究进展,为研究天然药物对PGC-1α的药理作用机制及开发提供新的思路。According to the classification of structure, this article reviewed the research progress of 40 PGC-1α activators from natural products, including alkaloid, phenylpropanoid, flavonoid, phenol, saponin. It provides new ideas for the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of natural products on PGC-1α and the development of new drugs.
