聚精助育抗免汤对精浆AsAb阳性患者精子凋亡率的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究聚精助育抗免汤对精浆AsAb阳性患者精子凋亡率的影响。方法:选择26例患者,予聚精助育抗免汤治疗,3个月为1个疗程,每月复查精液常规参数、精浆AsAb转阴率及精子凋亡率。结果:治愈11例(45.8%),显效7例(29.2%),有效5例(20.8%),无效1例(4.1%),总有效率为95.8%;精浆AsAb转阴率75%;治疗前后精子密度、精子活率、A级精子百分比、A+B级精子百分比比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前精子平均凋亡率为(16.49±5.70)%,治疗后为(11.23±5.64)%,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05)。结论:聚精助育抗免汤治疗免疫性不育症疗效显著,可降低精子凋亡率。Objective: To study the effect of Jujing Zhuyu Kangmian decoction on sperm apoptosis rate in AsAb positive patients. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 26 cases were selected and treated by Jujing Zhuyu Kangmian decoction, three months for one courses, monthly review of semen routine parameters analysis, seminal plasma AsAb and sperm apoptosis rate. Results: A total of 11 cases(45.8%) were cured, 7 cases(29.2%) markedly effective, 5 cases(20.8%) effective and 1 case(4.2%) invalid;The total effective rate was 95.8% and seminal plasma AsAb negative rate was 75%;The sperm density, sperm motility, sperm percentage and percentage of A+B were significantly different between before and after treatment(P<0.05);The sperm apoptosis rate was(16.49+5.70)% before treatment and(11.23±5.64)% after treatment, and there were significant differences between before and after treatment(P=0.001<0.05). Conclusion: Jujing Zhuyu Kangmian decoction shows significant efficacy on immune infertility. It can decrease the rate of sperm apoptosis.
