摘　　要：分析仇湘中教授治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎验案1则;仇湘中教授认为病因为"虚、瘀、毒",即以正虚为主,夹杂湿、热、瘀、毒,治法当标本兼治,但在疾病发展的不同阶段,应有侧重的用药施治。This paper analyzed a proved case from professor QIU Xiang-zhong in treating radioactive osteomyelitis of maxilla. Professor QIU Xiang-zhong holds the idea that the main pathogenic factors of this case are deficiency, stasis and toxin. In other words, the deficiency of vital Qi, which is the main factor of this disease, combined with dampness, heat, stasis and toxin lead to the seizure of this disease. The main spirit in treating this disease is treating both manifestation and root cause of disease and staging treatment.
