马斯洛需求层次理论视阈下社区养老途径探究

摘　　要：人口老龄化是许多国家共同面临的问题,世界各国对于老年人需求问题都给予了充分的关注,因此,了解当代老年人的实际需求并提供相应的服务已成为世界各国必须面对和急需解决的重大问题之一。为了更好、更清晰、更准确地了解老年人的实际需求,本文结合马斯洛需求层次理论,将社区养老作为满足老年人需求的切入点,在掌握老年人实际需求的基础上提出相应的对策。Population aging is a co mmon problem faced by many countries around the world,the world demand for elderly people problem given sufficient attention,understand the actual demand of the aged person,and provide the corresponding health services has become the world must face and one of the major problems needed to resolve.Therefore,in order to better,clearer and more accurate to understand the needs of the elderly people,this article combines the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,give full play to the advantage theory,combined with the community endowment as the breakthrough point of the demand of the aged person,grasp the actual needs of the aged person,the corresponding solution measures are put forward.
