摘　　要：构建家庭性别公正伦理是有效推进家庭文明建设,实现社会公正的重要基石。家庭伦理发展诉求从两性平权趋向性别公正,反映了对我国男女平等理论及实践的反思和对西方女性主义平等观的借鉴。随之,性别公正对新时代我国家庭伦理建设的意义更为凸显。但夫妻间相对资源禀赋的性别结构及性别角色认知状况制约着家庭性别伦理公正性的实现。应对这些挑战,要以建构社会性别主流化主导下的家庭政策体系为根本、以夯实婚姻家庭社会工作及倡导家庭性别公正理念为依托、以家庭成员自觉的性别公正伦理道德实践为动力。Building family gender justice ethics is a cornerstone for effective promotion of family civilization and social justice. The demands for family ethics in China today tend to shift from gender equality to gender justice, embodying an introspection on the theory and realities of gender equality in China and the absorption of Western feminist visions on gender equity. Gender justice is of increasingly prominent significance in constructing gender ethics in Chinese families in the new era. However, factors, such as the gender structure of the relative resource endowments between husband and wife, gender role cognition, etc., have restricted the realization of justice in family gender ethics. To meet these challenges, it is necessary to build a family policy system dominated by the mainstream gender justice, strengthen social work on marriage and family life and advocate the outlook on family gender justice, and heighten family members’ consciousness of gender justice ethics.
