摘 要:种子引发可以促进细胞代谢和逆境条件下的萌发能力.试验采用不同浓度谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(AsA)引发敖汉苜蓿种子6 h和12 h,经过25、50 mmol·L^(-1)混合盐(NaCl、Na_2SO_4、NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3混合溶液记为25S、50S;NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3混合溶液记为25J、50J)处理,分析比较种子发芽和幼苗生长特性变化,探索确定适宜的引发条件以增强种子在盐胁迫条件下的发芽能力.结果表明,0.25、0.50 mmol·L^(-1)GSH和2、4 mmol·L^(-1)AsA引发6 h、12 h后,处理25S中种子发芽率、幼苗长度和鲜重均最高,平均发芽时间(MGT)则最低,而在处理50J中种子发芽率、幼苗长度和鲜重均最低,MGT则最高.在GSH引发试验中,0.50 mmol·L^(-1)GSH引发6 h可以有效缓解处理25S、25J的抑制作用,显著(P<0.05)提高种子发芽率、幼苗长度和鲜重,缩短种子MGT;引发12 h则无规律性作用.0.25、0.50 mmol·L^(-1)GSH引发12 h与6 h相比,显著(P<0.05)降低混合盐(25S、25J)处理的种子发芽率和幼苗鲜重,延长种子MGT.在AsA引发试验中,4 mmol·L^(-1)AsA引发6 h、12 h可以显著(P<0.05)提高处理25S、50S中的种子发芽率和幼苗长度,缩短种子MGT.2、4 mmol·L^(-1)AsA引发12 h与6 h相比,可以显著(P<0.05)提高处理50J种子的发芽率和幼苗长度,而延长种子MGT.GSH和AsA引发对于中性和碱性混合盐胁迫的作用效果不同,需要开展深入研究.In order to analyze the changes of seed germination and seedling growth characteristics,Aohan alfalfa seeds primed with GSH(0.25,0.50 mmol·L^-1)and AsA(2,4 mmol·L^-1)solution for 6 h and 12 h respectively were adopted as the trial materials for different saline stresses with 25,50 mmol·L^-1mixture saline solutions(mixture of NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,Na2CO3marked with 25S,50S;NaHCO3 and Na2CO3marked with 25J,50J).It was tried to determine the optimum time and concentration of glutathione(GSH)and ascorbic acid(AsA)priming for promoting seed germination ability.The results showed that seed germination percentage,seedling length and fresh weight all attained the maximum,and mean germination time(MGT)was the lowest in 25S treatment,while seed germination percentage,seedling length and fresh weight all went down to the minimum,and MGT attained the highest in 50J treatment for primed seeds with GSH(0.25 and 0.50 mmol·L^-1)and AsA(2 and 4 mmol·L^-1)solution respectively.In the experiment of GSH priming,seed germination percentage,seedling length and fresh weight were all significantly(P<0.05)improved and MGT was shortened in the treatments of 25S and 25J as 0.50 mmol·L^-1GSH priming for 6 h could effectively alleviate the inhibition of saline stress.However,no regular effects for saline treatments presented in GSH priming for 12 h.Compared with 6 h priming of seeds in the treatments of 25S and 25J,0.25 and 0.50 mmol·L^-1GSH priming for 12 h could significantly(P<0.05)decrease the germination percentage and seedling weight,and prolong the MGT.In the experiment of AsA priming,seed germination percentage and seedling length were both significantly(P<0.05)improved and MGT were shortened in the treatments of 25S and 50S as seeds primed with 4 mmol·L^-1AsA for 6 h and 12h.Compared with 6 h priming of seeds in the 50J treatment,2 mmol·L^-1and 4 mmol·L^-1AsA priming for 12 h could significantly(P<0.05)improve the germination percentage and seedling length,and prolong the MGT.There were different effectives for primed alfalfa
