摘 要:用循环伏安法研究了沉积法和滴涂法制备的聚多巴胺修饰电极对Fe(CN)_6^(3-)/Fe(CN)_6^(4-)的催化氧化还原性能,在聚多巴胺基础上构建了其与碳纳米管复合物修饰电极.比较了沉积法和滴涂法在电极表面修饰聚多巴胺的效果,深入探究了两种方法的最佳条件,对于沉积法,沉积时间3 h、多巴胺溶液浓度2 mg/m L为最优条件,对于滴涂法,多巴胺溶液修饰量3μL为最优条件.在聚多巴胺修饰基础上,用滴涂法修饰碳纳米管,所构建的复合物修饰层具有良好的导电性能和高稳定性,可应用于电化学检测领域.Polydopamine has good adsorption properties on various material surfaces and good biocompatibility. Also,its synthesis from dopamine is simple,mild,and low-cost. Therefore,this polyfilm has been widely used in the preparation of nano-particles and surface modification of channels,and there is also a great application potential for electrode modification. Carbon nanotube has the advantages of good conductivity,chemical stability and biocompatibility. As an electrode modification material,it has been widely used in the detection of various samples. The combination of polydopamine and carbon nanotubes can make full use of the advantages of the two materials. In this work,the method of immersing the electrode in dopamine solution namely deposition method and the cast-coating method were both explored to fabricate the polydopamine layer on the electrode. And cyclic voltammetry scans were carried out to investigate the feasibility and optimal conditions of the methods. The results showed that the optimal immersing time was 3 h and the optimal dopamine concentration was 2 mg/m L for the deposition method. The optimal dopamine volume was 3 μL for the cast-coating method. The as-prepared polydopamine layer was used to immobilize carbon nanotubes onto the electrode surface and the improved electrical signal confirmed the feasibility of this method. The polydopamine and carbon nanotubes modified electrode is expected to be applicable to electrochemical detections.
