摘 要:目的观察长期高盐喂食对Wistar大鼠血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠53只随机分为2组:对照组(n=12,饲以0.5%NaCl饲料饲养)和高盐组(n=41,饲以8%NaCl饲料饲养),共饲养24周。采用尾动脉测压仪分别测定Wistar大鼠实验前(0周)和实验3、5、6、7、9、11、13、15、17、19、21、23、24周时尾动脉压。实验24周时,依据血压水平将高盐组分为高盐血压正常组(HSN组,n=7)和高盐高血压组(HSH组,n=34),计算各组短时、长时BPV。结果与对照组相比,高盐组大鼠血压、短时收缩压变异性(SBPV)、短时舒张压标准差(DSD)、长时SBPV和长时舒张压变异性(DBPV)均增高(P<0.05);HSN组大鼠仅长时SBPV[0~24周时SSD:(9.20±2.39)比(5.16±1.63)mm Hg,SCV:(8.14±2.23)%比(4.77±1.56)%]增高(P<0.05);HSH组大鼠血压、短时SBPV、长时SBPV[0~24周时长时SSD:(15.46±5.38)比(5.16±1.63)mm Hg,长时SCV:(12.14±3.50)%比(4.77±1.56)%]、短时DSD、长时DBPV[0~24周时长时DSD:(16.19±4.57)比(8.93±2.30)mm Hg,长时DCV:(17.30±4.65)%比(10.99±3.14)%]均增高(P<0.05)。与HSN组大鼠相比,HSH组大鼠长时SSD、SCV于实验0~3周增高并先于收缩压增高(实验第6周),长时DSD于实验0~5周增高并先于舒张压增高(实验第9周)。结论长期高盐喂食可致高盐高血压Wistar大鼠长时SBPV、DBPV增高且早于其血压升高;高盐血压正常Wistar大鼠仅长时SBPV增高。Objective To investigate the effect of long-term high-salt diet on blood pressure variability(BPV)in Wistar rats. Methods Fifty-three male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=12,given 0.5% NaCl)and high-salt group(n=41,given 8% NaCl). The experiment lasted for 24 weeks. The tail artery blood pressure(BP)was monitored by tail artery manometer before and after high-salt treatment(at the 3rd,5th,6th,7th,9th,11 th,13th,15 th,17th,19 th,21st,23 rd and the 24 th week)respectively. At the 24 th week of the experiment,the high-salt group was subdivided into high-salt normal BP group(HSN group,n=7)and highsalt hypertension group(HSH group,n=34)according to the BP levels.The short-term and long-term BPV of each group were calculated. Results Compared with the control group,BP,short-term systolic BPV(SBPV),shortterm standard deviation of diastolic BP(DSD),long-term SBPV and long-term diastolic BPV(DBPV)were increased in the high-salt group(P<0.05). In HSN group,only the long-term SBPV was increased[at 0-24 weeks,SSD:(9.20±2.39)vs(5.16±1.63)mmHg,SCV:(8.14±2.23)% vs(4.77±1.56)%;P<0.05].While in HSH group,BP,short-term SBPV,long-term SBPV [at 0-24 weeks,SSD:(15.46±5.38)vs(5.16±1.63)mm Hg,SCV:(12.14±3.50)% vs(4.77±1.56)%],short-term DSD and long-term DBPV [at 0-24 weeks,DSD:(16.19±4.57)vs(8.93±2.30)mm Hg,DCV :(17.30±4.65)% vs(10.99±3.14)%]were all increased(P<0.05).Compared with the HSN group,long-term SSD and long-term SCV in HSH group increased at 0-3weeks,prior to the systolic BP elevation(at the 6th week). And its long-term DSD rose at 0-5weeks,preceding the diastolic BP augment(at the 9th week). Conclusion Following long-term high-salt diet,the long-term SBPV and DBPV are increased and earlier than the rise of BP in Wistar rats with high-salt hypertension,whereas only longterm SBPV is increased in Wistar rats with high-salt normal BP.
