摘 要:目的:应用Rp-HPLC (DAD)对大血藤药材三氯甲烷部位进行指纹图谱研究。方法:Diamonsil spursilC18分析柱,乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速0. 8 m L/min,检测波长270 nm。柱温:30℃;进样量为10μL。结果:建立了大血藤药材三氯甲烷部位指纹图谱,确认19个共有峰,指认了3个峰,指纹图谱的相似度达到0. 801以上,所建立的大血藤药材三氯甲烷部位指纹图谱测定方法精密度、重复性和稳定性良好。结论:建立了专属性强的大血藤药材三氯甲烷部位指纹图谱,可为大血藤质量控制提供依据。Objective A fingerprint of chloroform extracts of Sargentodoxae Caulis has been studied and provides the quality information.Method Diamonsil spursil C18 column was used,with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The wavelength of measurement was 270 nm.Column temperature was 30℃;Inject volume was 10μL.Result The HPLC characteristic fingerprint of chloroform extracts of Sargentodoxae Caulis with 19 commons peaks,and three of them were identified by comparing with reference subslances.The values of similarity was higher than 0.801.The HPLC method showed better results of stability,precision,and repeatability.Conclusion The fingerprint of chloroform extracts of Sargentodoxae Caulis has been establish.It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Sargentodoxae Caulis.
