摘  要:为了实现对森林的监测与防火,设计了基于图像处理的低功耗森林监测防火系统。系统利用LoRa技术解决了温湿度数据采样子系统无法远距离通信和功耗较高的问题,同时实现了较高的火灾识别率。实验数据表明:系统火灾判断准确率大于97%;采样系统的低功耗能做到至少3 a内不用更换电池;采样系统与基站的通信距离在相对空旷环境下能达到半径10 km。系统基本满足森林监测防火系统的要求,如鲁棒性强、可靠、低功耗、远距离、防护安全级别高、精度高、报警准确率高、快速响应等。并且其成本较国外采用飞机监测等方法低。In order to realize the forest monitoring and fire prevention,we designed a low power forest fire monitoring system based on image processing.The system uses LoRa technology to solve the problem that the temperature and humidity data sampling subsystem can't communicate in a long distance and has high power consumption.At the same time,it achieves high recognition rate for fire judgment.Experimental data showed that:for the image of ,fire judgment,the system accuracy is more than 97%;low-power sampling system can function at least three years without replacing batteries;the sampling system and the base station communication distance in a relatively open environment can reach a radius of 10 kin.The system basically meets the requirements of forest monitoring and fire prevention system,such as strong robustness,reliability,low power consumption,long distance,high protection safety level,high precision,high alarm accuracy,fast response,etc.And its cost is lower than that of foreign aircraft monitoring.
