文物建筑的防火改造对策

摘　　要：文物建筑火灾形势较为严峻,其火灾风险主要体现在建筑耐火等级低、蔓延迅速、难以扑救、用火不慎、用电不慎、缺乏消防保护措施等。基于此,提出应当采取适当划分防火分区、提高耐火极限、厨房改造、电气线路改造、提高室外消火栓系统标准、增设简易喷淋系统或消防软管卷盘、增设火灾自动报警系统、增设电气火灾监控系统等措施进行防火改造。The fire situation of cultural relics buildings is more severe,and its fire risks are mainly reflected in the low fire-resistant grade of buildings,rapid spread of fire,difficulty in fire fighting, imprudent use of fire and electricity,lack of fire protection measures,etc.Based on this,it is proposed that fire protection reconstruction should be carried out by properly dividing fire protection zones,increasing fire-resistance limit,renovation of kitchen and electrical circuit,improving the standard of outdoor fire hydrant system,adding simple sprinkler system or fire hose reel,adding automatic fire alarm system,and adding electrical fire monitoring system.
