摘 要:通过试验发现升压速率对于水带的爆破压力值有较为显著的影响,特别是爆破压力处于标准规定的最低值附近的产品,很可能会出现合格和不合格两种完全不同的结论。采用试验研究不同升压速率对消防水带爆破压力值的影响,试验结果表明:标准范围内的升压速率值都能很好地满足水带爆破所需的升压速率要求;升压速率为7 MPa/min时,对应一组水带爆破压力的最大值,选择爆破压力最大值对应的升压速率作为水带爆破压力值的检出值对产品本身判定最为有利,同时也能减少对水带质量检测结果的错判风险。It is found that the boost rate has a significant effect on the blasting pressure of fire hose,especially for the products whose blasting pressure is near the lowest value specified in the standard, there are likely to be two completely different conclusions:qualified and unqualified.In this paper,the effects of different boost rates on the bursting pressure of fire hose are studied by experiments.The results show that the boost rate values within the standard range can meet the requirements of the boost rate for water blasting.When the boost rate is 7 MPa/min,the corresponding maximum blasting pressure is selected as the detection value of blasting pressure value,which is most favorable for judging the product itself,and at the same time reduces the risk of misjudging the detection results of fire hose's quality.
