摘　　要：北京协和医院门急诊楼及手术科室楼改扩建工程地下室底板、外墙、顶板和屋面均采用3 mm厚聚酯胎SBS改性沥青防水卷材(热熔法)双层作法。本文重点介绍了SBS改性沥青卷材热熔施工工艺和地下结构后浇带、施工缝、穿墙套管、变形缝等细部节点防水设计与施工做法。Double-layer 3 mm polyester reinforced SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is adopted by hot-melt method for reconstruction work of the baseplate, outer walls, top plate and roof of the basement of the outpatient and emergency building and operation division building of PUMCH. This article focuses on technology of hot-melt application of SBS modified bitumen membrane and waterproofing design and construction practices for details of underground work like post-cast strip, construction joint, wall-through pipe, deformation joint etc.
