摘 要:目的对3个不同厂家(分别用A、B、C)的筛选细胞进行分析比较,以便于选择合适本地区的不规则抗体筛选细胞。方法将2000年1月1日—2015年12月31日本站检出的含不规则抗体的140份标本,用不规则抗体阴性的AB型血浆稀释至效价为4和1,分别用盐水法、微柱凝胶法对其进行检测,比较3个厂家筛选细胞的检出率。结果抗体效价为4时,检出率:A厂92. 9%,B厂82. 7%,C厂100%;抗体效价为1时,检出率:A厂82. 9%,B厂68. 6,%,C厂97. 1%。3种筛选细胞在检测低效价不规则抗体时均存在漏检现象,主要是筛选细胞含杂合子时容易漏检对应低效价抗体。结论应根据本地区的抗体分布情况,选择适用于本地区的筛选细胞,以保证本地区的输血安全。Objective Cell screening results from 3 different service providers(hereafter referred as A,B and C) were compared to propose the optimal cell screening option for the local region. Methods A total of 140 irregular antibody samples,collected during Jan 1st,2000-Dec 31 st,2015,were diluted by irregular antibody negative AB plasma to titers of 4and 1. The detection rates of the cells were evaluated by both the saline method and the micro column gel method. Results The titer 4 case detection rates: A 92. 9%,B 82. 7%,C 100%;The titer 1 case detection rates: A 82. 9%,B 68. 6,%,C97. 1%. Conclusion Misdetection was observed in all 3 providers.The main cause was that the heterozygous cells failed to detect low titer antibodies.Therefore,local antibody distribution must be put into consideration for cell screening options to ensure local blood transfusion safety.
