摘  要:IgA肾病(IgA Nephropathy,IgAN)为临床最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,亚洲为该病的高发病区域。IgAN的发病机制仍未被阐述清楚,其临床治疗策略和相应的治疗药物仍有待深入研究。IgAN动物模型在IgAN病理和药物开发研究中具有重要的作用,选择一个理想的IgAN动物模型是研究者首先需解决的问题。通过查阅、整理和分析目前国内外实验性IgAN动物模型研究文献发现,当前常用的IgAN动物模型主要包括3种,即免疫诱导型、继发病变型和自发病变型。免疫诱导型中异种蛋白诱导的IgAN动物模型具有与人类IgAN患者非常相似的临床和病理学特征,为国内学者所常用;自发病变型因发病机制与人类IgAN患者发病机理类似,为国外学者所常用。IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in clinic. Asia is the high incidence region of IgAN. However,the exact pathogenesis of IgAN remains unknown,and the clinical therapeutic strategies and therapeutic drugs for IgAN still need to be improved. IgAN animal models play an important role in the research of pathology and drug development of IgAN,therefore selecting a suitable IgAN animal model is critical for researchers. In this review, we summarized three types of commonly used IgAN animal models, i.e., immuneinducing type (xenogeneic protein- induced type), secondary disease type and spontaneous disease type by reviewing the current research literatures on IgAN animal models at home and abroad. The xenogeneic proteininduced IgAN animal model was commonly used by domestic scholars because it has similar clinical and pathological features to human IgAN patients. The spontaneous disease type was commonly used by foreign scholars because its pathogenesis was similar to human IgAN patients.
