摘  要:激光切割质量和速率受到激光切割工艺参数影响,为了研究不同激光切割工艺参数对辅助气体流场的作用效果,创建了激光切割平面三维对称撞击射流模型,根据可压缩的轴对称N-S方程式和RNGk-epsilon湍流模型,利用有限体积法对锥形喷嘴的自由射流场进行数值模拟,分析激光切割辅助气体流场动力学性能与激光切割工艺参数的关系。仿真结果证明,在选择适当的进口压力后,减小板材厚度可以获得动力学性能较好的辅助气体流场结构。Laser cutting quality and speed are affected by laser cutting process parameters.In order to study the influence of different laser cutting parameters on the auxiliary gas flow field,a three-dimensional symmetric impinging jet model for laser cutting plane was established.According to the compressible axisymmetric N-S equation and RNG k-epsilon onflow model,the free jet flow of a conical nozzle was numerically simulated by finite volume method for analyzing the relationship between auxiliary gas flow field dynamic performance and laser cutting parameters.The simulation results show that after choosing a reasonable inlet pressure,the auxiliary gas flow structure with good dynamic performance can be obtained by reducing the plate thickness.
