四磨汤口服液治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察在西药常规治疗的基础上加用四磨汤口服液治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的临床疗效。【方法】将100例IBS-C患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予服用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用四磨汤口服液,比较2组患者治疗前后各项症状评分变化情况,评价2组的中医证候疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者的各项症状评分均较治疗前明显下降(P <0.05),且试验组对各项症状评分的下降作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)试验组的总有效率为90.00%,对照组为78.00%,试验组的中医证候疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)所有患者在治疗和随访过程中均未出现不良反应或不良事件。【结论】在西药常规治疗的基础上加用四磨汤口服液可以明显提高IBS-C患者的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Simo Decoction Oral Liquid combined with routine western medicine therapy for the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C).Methods One hundred IBS-C patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tabalets orally,and the trial group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tabalets plus Simo Decoction Oral Liquid.Before and after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy on TCM symptoms and the safety of the two groups were compared.Results(1)After treatment,the TCM symptom scores were decreased in both groups(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate in the trial group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment and the follow-up,no adverse reaction or adverse event was shown in the two groups.Conclusion Simo Decoction Oral Liquid combined with routine western medicine therapy can significantly enhace the efficacy of IBS-C patients.
