逍遥通淋汤治疗无菌性尿频—排尿不适综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察逍遥通淋汤治疗无菌性尿频—排尿不适综合征的临床疗效。【方法】将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组给予逍遥通淋汤组治疗,对照组给予酒石酸托特罗定治疗,2组均以14 d为1个疗程,病情未缓解者治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者的疗效和生活质量量表(QOL)评分、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分、焦虑自评表(SAS)评分、无菌性尿频—排尿不适综合征症状评分的改善情况。【结果】(1)研究过程中,共有4例患者脱落,5例患者因故退出,3例患者被剔除,最终有68例患者(每组各有34例)纳入研究。(2)治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.1%,对照组为73.5%,观察组的总体疗效及总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的生活质量评分、失眠严重程度指数评分、焦虑自评表评分、大多数无菌性尿频—排尿不适综合征症状评分及其总评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),且观察组对上述各项指标的改善作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】逍遥通淋汤治疗无菌性尿频—排尿不适综合征疗效确切,能改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,并能改善患者的焦虑和失眠状况。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Tonglin Decoction for the treatment of aseptic frequent urination-voiding discomfort syndrome.Methods Eighty qualified patients were randomized into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xiaoyao Tonglin Decoction orally,and the control group was treated with Tolterodine Tartrate orally.The two groups were commonly treated for 2 weeks as one course,and some patients with the illness unrelieved were treated for 2courses.The changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were assessed by quality of life(QOL)scale,Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and symptom scale of aseptic frequent urination-voiding discomfort syndrome.Results(1)During the treatment,there were 4 cases dropping out,5cases quitting and 3 cases being excluded,and the final case number was 68(34 in each group).(2)After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.1%and that in the control group was 73.5%,the effect of the observation group being superior to that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the scores of QOL,ISI,SAS,symptoms of aseptic frequent urination-voiding discomfort syndrome as well as the overall scores in the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.01 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoyao Tonglin Decoction has certain curative effect for the treatment of patients with aseptic frequent urination-voiding discomfort syndrome by relieving the symptoms,improving QOL,and relieving anxiety and insomnia.
