摘 要:【目的】为制佛手饮片质量标准的制定提供参考依据。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对不同批次制佛手进行鉴别研究,采用高效液相色谱法对其橙皮苷、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素和5-羟甲基糠醛进行含量测定。【结果】在环己烷—乙酸乙酯(1.5∶1)的展开系统,以5,7-二甲氧基香豆素和5-羟甲基糠醛为对照品,14批制佛手饮品的薄层色谱在相同位置显示斑点一致;橙皮苷含量在0.142~0.788 mg/g之间;5,7-二甲氧基香豆素含量在0.642~1.747 mg/g之间;5-羟甲基糠醛含量0.028~0.901 mg/g之间。【结论】本研究所建立的薄层鉴别方法和高效液相色谱含量测定方法可应用于岭南特色饮片制佛手的质量控制及标准制定。Objective To provide a reference for the quality standard of sliced herbal medicine of processed Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis.with Lingnan(the south of the five ridges)characteristic Methods Different patches of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis were identified by thin layer chromatography,and the contents of hesperidin,5,7-dimethoxycoumarin,and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural were assayed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results With 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin and 5-hydroxymethylfurfuralthe as the references,the results of thin layer chromatography for 14 different patches of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis in the developing system of ethyl cyclohexylideneacetate(1.5∶1)showed that similar spots were present at the same sites.The content of hesperidin was within 0.1418-0.788 mg/g,5,7-dimethoxycoumarin was within 0.642-1.747 mg/g,and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was within 0.028-0.901 mg/g.Conclusion Thin layer chromatography and HPLC established in the study can be applied for the quality control and standard setting of sliced herbal medicine of processed Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis with Lingnan characteristics.
