王孟庸治疗肾脏病常用药对探析

摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭、原发性肾病综合征(PNS)、狼疮性肾炎、IgA肾病、糖尿病肾病等肾脏病的中医病机较复杂,常脾肾两虚或肝肾亏虚夹杂虚热瘀浊,继而又可外感风寒湿热之邪。针对此类肾脏病,王孟庸教授常在辨证基础方之上善用药对,常用药对有荆芥—锦灯笼、鳖甲—青蒿、连翘—当归、紫河车—蝉花、黄芪—水蛭、女贞子—鹿角胶。Kidney diseases of chronic renal failure,primary nephrotic syndrome,lupus nephritis,IgA nephropathy,and diabetic nephropathy have complicated pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine.Their pathogenesis is usually characterized by simultaneous deficiency of spleen and kidney or insufficiency of liver-kidney yin complicated with deficiency heat,blood stasis and turbidity,and then suffering the exogenous attack of wind,cold,damp and heat.For the treatment of the above kidney diseases,Professor WANG Meng-Yong is epxert at applying herbal pairs on the basis of fundamental recipe.The commonly-used herbal pairs are Jingjie(Herba Schizonepetae)-Jindenglong(Calyx seu Fructus Physalis),Biejia(Carapax Trionycis)-Qinghao(Herba Artemisiae Annuae),Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae)-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Ziheche(Placenta Hominis)-Chanhua(Cordyceps Cicadae Shing),Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Shuizhi(Hirudo),Nyuzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi)-Lujiaojiao(Gelatinum Cornu Cervi).
