摘　　要：【目的】基于数据挖掘分析李东垣《脾胃论》用药组方规律。【方法】采用中医传承辅助平台V2.5的频次统计、关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析《脾胃论》的用药组方规律。【结果】共收集到《脾胃论》中的方剂63首,涉及中药101种。使用频次最高的10味药由高到低依次为炙甘草、陈皮、人参、升麻、当归、白术、黄芪、柴胡、苍术和茯苓,前8味正是补中益气汤的药物组成;并根据无监督熵层次聚类分析结果演化出4首新方。【结论】《脾胃论》用药组方的核心为补中益气汤;其药物配伍以甘温益气药和辛散升阳药为主,辅以理气祛湿、滋阴养血及沉降下行之品等。Objective To analyze the medication rules in the formulas of Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach by data mining.Methods By Using the methods of frequency analysis,association rule analysis and complex system entropy clustering in Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,the medication rules in the formulas of Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach were analyzed.Results Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach had a total of 63 formulas and involved 101 herbs.The leading 10 herbs were Radix Glycirrhizae Preparata,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Ginseng,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Astragali,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Atractylodis,and Poria,and the first 8 herbs were the composition of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Four new candidates were derived from Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach according to the results of unsupervised hierarchical clustering algorithm.Conclusion The frequentlyused core herbs in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach are the herbs of the composition of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,the commonly-used herbs are sweet-warm herbs for strengthening Qi and pungent-dispersing herbs for elevating yang,and the assistant herbs are herbs for regulating Qi and dispelling dampness,nourishing yin and blood,and directing Qi downward.
