半夏泻心方在消化系统疾病中的应用及疗效机制研究进展

摘　　要：对半夏泻心方(半夏泻心汤及其不同剂型统称半夏泻心方)在消化系统疾病的临床应用及作用机制研究进展进行综述。分析结果显示半夏泻心方临床主要用于消化系统疾病的治疗,其在慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、功能性胃肠病、反流性食管炎、炎症性肠病、胃轻瘫综合征、消化道肿瘤及化疗所致的胃肠道反应等的治疗中应用最多;药理研究结果表明半夏泻心方具有保护消化道黏膜、抗炎杀菌、抗氧化应激、双向调节胃肠功能、调节肠道菌群等作用。The clinical application and therapeutic mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Recipe(referring to Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its various preparation forms)in treating digestive system diseases were reviewed.The results showed that Banxia Xiexin Recipe is mainly used for the treatment of digestive system diseases such as chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,functional gastrointestinal disorders,reflux esophagitis,inflammatory bowel disease,gastroparesis,gastrointestinal cancer and gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherapy,etc.The pharmacological research results showed that Banxia Xiexin Recipe can protect digestive tract mucosa,and has anti-inflammation and bactericidal action,anti-oxidative effects and bilateral regulation of gastrointestinal function,and regulatory effect on intestinal flora.
